This Week’s AI Persona Challenge

Challenge rules

Keep the prompt open; make the behavior specific.

1

Define the job

State what the collaborator should improve and what failure it should prevent.

2

Show the behavior

Use the example response to prove the persona differs from a generic assistant.

3

Share the artifact

Post the Persona Passport card or remix link, not hidden configuration or sensitive data.

Suggested test prompt

“Show me how you would handle the hardest part of this role.”

A strong persona should reveal its reasoning boundaries, tone, and next-action style in one response.

What should this collaborator be: direct, warm, skeptical, playful, or calm?

Ask for one trait change, then compare how the response changes.
