# International research source boundary — v100.0.12-international-research-equity-wip

This directory represents all 34 supplied reports as individual project sources. Thirty originated inside `Reports.zip`; four were supplied separately. The archive itself is intentionally excluded from the package.

Country and regional apparatus reports are volatile and publicly represented by bounded summaries. Methodology, research prompts, NPC foundations, and abstract game-mechanics sources are reproduced exactly when their publication boundary permits it.

Every source retains original origins, canonical filename, byte count, SHA-256, headings, research cutoff, public status, and a long-term-memory summary. Nothing in the corpus makes a state synonymous with its population, religion, ethnicity, language communities, migrants, diaspora, or individual conduct.
